Review dialog is out of the boundary

• Potential workaround:
  • The dialog need to be scrolled in case of need such as the monitor the company provided for me. (max container size should not be greater than view port max-height: calc(100vh - 50px) give it small margin or something)
  • The top 15% on dialog, can be changed to centered box, so it can use more space
