Import/Export rules configuration in SonaLint for Eclipse

Hi!
It would be great to have import/export rules feature in Eclipse version of SonarLint. Sharing rules between team members would be great benefit for lot of teams.

This feature is available when you connect SonarLint to a SonarQube server or to SonarCloud. This is how you share rule configuration (through quality profiles).

Also, rules configuration is stored in Eclipse preferences, so you can use tools like OOMPH or workspace mechanic to synchronize settings in your team.
