I no longer receive emails with analysis results

Hello!
How do I set up email notifications for SonarCloud?

I have checked “Notifications” on the “Information” screen of the project, but I have not received the email.Until now, it has arrived, but it has not arrived since the end of January.

Currently, “New Quality Gate status” and “New issues are assigned to me” are checked.

Do I need to do anything else? Or have the specifications of SonarCloud changed?

Hi,

There are some conditions on when an email is generated, including that they only go out for the main branch.

Can you share some details about the analyses you were expecting to get emails from?

I’d like to see an email with the subject line “New Issues”.
The project name, “Bug”, “Vulnerability” and “Code Smell” were also included in the email.

I’m looking for details not about the emails but about the analyses.

For instance, was it an analysis of your main branch that you didn’t get emails from? From some other branch? From a PR?

It’s from other branches.

Thanks for that detail. As I stated earlier, email is only sent from the main branch. That’s why you’re not getting them.
