Sonarqube 7.9 is installed in our environment. Is this version compatible with Java 15 code scanning? If not, could you please assist me with the supported version for scanning java15 code scan?

Your version is past EOL. You should upgrade to either the latest version or the current LTS at your earliest convenience. Your upgrade path is:
7.9.* → 8.9.4 → 9.2.2 (last step optional)
You may find the Upgrade Guide and the LTS-to-LTS Upgrade Notes helpful. If you have questions about upgrading, feel free to open a new thread for that here.
Once you’ve upgraded, you should be able to analyze Java 15.
