Users created account using Azure DevOps, but cannot find them to add to org

We’ve successfully had users create SonarCloud accounts via the “Login with Azure DevOps” flow before, but I have two users that I am unable to add to our organization because they cannot be found (“No results” returned when searching to add). One user has shared with me a screenshot of their profile and it looks correct to me. Need some help please to troubleshoot or to find the right place to get help.

Hi Alex,

we are having the same issue with a new user account that is linked with Azure Devops. I cannot find him in the “add member” list for our organization.
