Cant add new users via Azure DevOps identity

  • Error observed
    Cant add new users via Azure DevOps identity. Initially we were able to register users vis Azure DevOps identity. Right now it is not working anymore. During the identification step on Microsoft"s page we receive following message:

Need admin approval

Sonarcloud

Sonarcloud needs permission to access resources in your organization that only admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it.

Note: already registered users are able to work without problem

For IT-Ticket creation I need additional information:

  1. What king of access should be granted
  2. Is there any good walkthrough for needed change?

Did users originally register to SonarCloud with Azure DevOps ? If yes, with a work/school account ?

Hi, yes I did register with work/school account from our company. Same subscription we use for our daily work with AzureDevOps.
