Upgrade docker based Sonarqube 6.7.6-community to 7.9.5-community

Hello Members,

I have a simple question and pardon me if it is silly. We have Sonarqube 6.7.6-community running as a container. We want to upgrade it to 7.9.5-community.
I wanted to ask, whether I can simply directly upgrade from 6.7.6-community to 7.9.5-community? If yes, is it a simple upgrade like changing the tag version in the dockerfile? or does it require any special changes?

Keeping in mind that we didn’t provide or support a docker image for 6.7.6, the upgrade guide should nonetheless be helpful.
