Unable to Find Java Language and Git plugin in marketplace in sonarqube 8.4.1 community

Version: sonarqube 8.4.1 community installed using docker
Error observed: unable to find Java language and Git plugins in marketplace
Steps to reproduce: login as admin → Go to Administration → Enter Java or Git in plugin search box

Plugins won’t show in results.
Workaround is to download the plugins manually.

This is a fresh installation of Sonarqube not an update.
