We are currently running licenced Developer Edition Version 7.9.1 (build 27448) and want to test out whether or not to move to the Docker container version. Is there a way to get a supplemental test licence to do this please, as we cannot test it under our existing one?

You could briefly shut down your current instance to test this out. Alternately, you could ping your contact on the sales side about this.

Sorry to jump on this thread, but since it’s a year old; wanted to check if this is still the way to go regarding a testing licence for sonarqube?
We wish to test a sonarqube upgrade and cannot use production licence / nor can we shut down production to use the licence.
Possible to get a temporary testing licence? Does this come at an extra cost?

Enterprise Edition($$) comes with stage/test licenses, but not below that.
Could you try this on the weekend or some other slack time?
Otherwise, yes. You should ping your sales contact and see what they’re able to do.
