Support for TI Arm Clang C/C++ Compiler and branch coverage from llvm-cov

Hi dear C, C++ and Objective-C users.

Here are some updates for you.

  • The C and C++ analysis supports an additional compiler: the TI Arm Clang Compiler.
  • We also improved the llvm-cov format support for code coverage. You can now import branch coverage.

These new features will be available with SonarQube 10.0 starting from Developer Edition. They will be available shortly on SonarCloud and soon on SonarLint.
