clang-cl: According to JetBrain’s latest State of the Ecosystem Survey, it is the 4th most used compiler. - Microchip compilers:
XC8,XC16andXC32
Additionally, you should get much fewer bugs wrongly reported because of functions that never return.
These new rules will be available with SonarQube 10.0 starting from Developer Edition. They will be available shortly on SonarCloud and soon on SonarLint.
