Sonarqube Enterprise Support Credentials

Hello Sonarqube,

I’ve come across a small problem when i try to access our Enterprise support.

On the Administration tab, when i click the link to the support page, it will open new tab with a login screen.

May I know how do I get the credentials to login to the support page?


We are using Enterprise Edition Version 9.4 (build 54424)

Did you purchase the support subscription when you purchased the Enterprise Edition?
If yes, you should reach out to the Sales rep you were in contact with, to setup your support account to access to our Service Desk.
