Not able to access support portal for enterprise

  • which versions are you using (SonarQube Server / Community Build, Scanner, Plugin, and any relevant extension)
    We are using the sonarqube server enterprise version
  • how is SonarQube deployed: zip, Docker, Helm
    Docker
  • what are you trying to achieve
    My sonarqube instance is crashing constantly with no appropriate error in the logs making it hard to debug the issue
  • what have you tried so far to achieve this
    I have tried to increase java heap space based on one of the errors but no luck
    Do not share screenshots of logs – share the text itself (bonus points for being well-formatted)!

My main concern is that I am not able to raise the issue through the support portal linked → https://support.sonarsource.com/ Any help is appreciated

Are you sure you have support? If you are, and it’s a matter of credentials, you should ping your sales contact.
