Sonarqube 6.7 not sending notification

Hi All,

I’m setting email notification and already test sent from setting page and the smtp configuration is working, then I login with testing user and subscribe to get notification
with all option below was checklist

|Background tasks in failure
|Changes in issues assigned to me
|New quality gate status
|ssues resolved as false positive or won’t fix
New issues|
My new issues|

but no email has been sent to the subscribed email address

Sonarqube version Version 6.7.7 (build 38951)
SonarQube Scanner 4.0.0.1744

Hi,

If you’ve sent and successfully received the test email, then you’ve already demonstrated that your SQ email configuration is correct. From there, I think you may need to look outside SQ at your SMTP server.
