Receive e-mail notifications

Hey guys,
we work as a team on SonarQube. Now we want to send out automatically messages if a new bug is detected for the creator.
I have also created the notifications for me:

However, i still dont get any messages. Is it because i havent configured the email yet? Because i have no idea what i need to insert there.

Hi,

Yes, you’re going to need to configure the SMTP host & password before SonarQube attempts to send any emails. Hopefully you have some ops folks who can help you with that…?
