How can we export SonarLint issues for the projects in IntelliJ Platform, VS Code, Visual Studio, or Eclipse?

As far as I can tell, there is no way to export issues from SonarLint in any of the supported IDE.
In the current state of the ecosystem, SonarLint is meant as a tool for developers to get instant feedback in their IDE. For wider reporting needs over a longer time scale, we recommend using either SonarQube or SonarCloud.
What kind of information would you like to get from such “SonarLint reports”?
