Project Added but not listed under Projects

Hello, so we added some projects from the organization bitbucket repository. But we noticed that one particular project which has been added on this endpoint (ttps://sonarcloud.io/projects/create) is not visible on the organizations Projects page (SonarCloud). Please what could have caused this scenario? I can confirm the token is not expired as we just connected the account last week.

Welcome to the community!

If you go back to the onboarding page, do you see the project in the list there, available to be (re)imported?

Yes on import page, it shows as “Already imported”. I have tried re-importing, still wouldnt show up on project lists.

Those are the only errors I see in the console. Nothing to sggest why the particular project is not listed, or is there something in particular I need to check and provide?

Any help to fix this now will be appreciated, this project is integral to our process and needs to be scanned, but it’s not showing under project lists. Please a prompt assistance will be appreciated here.

I believe this issue should be resolved now, are you still experiencing a problem?
Sorry there was no feedback here but I see that changes were made recently so I would like to check if these resolved the problem for you? If not then can I check if you are experiencing the same errors?

Thank you Shane. The Issue I have is that an imported repository is missing under projects lists in my company’s account. This issue still persists as I just checked this a moment ago.

The project was added to the company’s account, but not showing under projects.

Could you try and do the process once more but check on the network traffic? I’m curious if there are any failures during the onboarding process. It seems like there is a failure in the CSP according to your console log, in the network traffic tab you should hopefully have some additional information if there is indeed a failure situation.
