Projects not displayed in Sonar Cloud

Hello Team,

I am trying to set up SonarCloudAnalysis at my organization and few projects are unavailable for imports.

Could you please check on the same.

The org name is peluk.

Hi Renjini,

We’re going to need a few more details on this. What’s your DevOps platform? How does “unavailable” manifest for you? Are there error messages? Are they simply not appearing in the list to import? Something else?

And are there any errors in your browser console?

What’s your DevOps platform?-Our DevOps platform is Azure DevOps.

How does “unavailable” manifest for you? Are there error messages?- when I try to add a new project by selecting “Analyze new project,” the list of projects from my organization is displayed, but the new projects do not appear in the list to select. There are no obvious error messages shown.

Are they simply not appearing in the list to import?- I think yes it is not appearing in the list to import.

And few other projects is mentiomned as already imported but I cannot find the it in my Projects list.

So, there are two issues:

  1. New projects are not appearing in the list to import.

  2. Some projects are marked as imported but are missing from my “My Projects” list.

Okay, these projects are new since when?

And do you have full permissions to the projects in ADO? If you log in to ADO, can you see them there? Edit them?

However Some projects are marked as imported but are missing from my “My Projects” list, this issue still persists, and is not a new Project its an old one .

Hi Renjini,

This part sounds like you don’t have permissions in SonarQube Cloud. Note that it’s possible to be a global admin and not have permissions to certain projects.

Hi Ann/Team,

I was able to fix the issue with -New projects are not appearing in the list to import, thanks for that.

But there is one project which falls in the category-Some projects are marked as imported but are missing from my “My Projects” list. And I get the attached error, where as the Project is already listed as imported in Sonar Cloud.Is there a way to delete and reimport a project in Sonar Cloud?

Request your guidance.

Hi Renjini,

This is a different problem. We try to keep it to one topic per thread. Otherwise it can get messy, fast. So could you create a new thread for this, with the full analysis log?
