Pricing of SonarQube Cloud when migrating from one DevOps platform to another

I’ve got a question about the pricing of SonarQube Cloud when migrating from one DevOps platform to another.

We’ve migrated our ALM from Bitbucket Cloud to GitHub Enterprise. I wanted to change the DevOps platform, but that seems to be impossible.

Since we don’t have that many projects (four in total), and we do not mind configuring the Quality Gates and Quality Profiles, I looked into creating a new SonarQube organization with GitHub as the DevOps platform. After that migration I’d just delete the SonarQube organization bound to Bitbucket Cloud.

Currently we are paying €480 monthly for 800k LoC. When reviewing the pricing of the new subscription I saw an increase in the price per 100k LoC. I also noticed that I could either choose 500k LoC or 1M LoC.

Would it be possible to get a new subscription under our current terms?

To keep things simple, the initial signup form has a constrained set of options, but more granular choices are available. Probably the best thing is to reach out to sales.
