Organization "{github-organization-identifier}" is not found

We are trying to import our organization from github to sonarcloud and we are getting the message Organization “{github-organization-identifier}” is not found. This is preventing us from using sonarcloud.

We need help to understand how to solve this problem. Is there anything we can do? Or maybe it is a issue on your side?

Context:

  • Importing a github organization
  • Our organization is within an github enterprise account.
  • We have only private nodeJS repos

Hi,

Welcome to the community and thanks for this report!

Are you literally seeing “{github-organization-identifier}” in the message, or are you inserting a placeholder for obfuscation purposes?

And if the former, could you check your browser’s developer console to see if your organization id is present in the traffic to/from SonarCloud?

Thx,
Ann

Thanks,
I obfuscated on purpose, if you need my organization id I can send you. But its showing correct.

Hi,

Thanks for that. And to make sure: you’re currently logged in to GitHub with / via that organization and also logged into SonarCloud vit GitHub?

Thx,
Ann

Yes, to be more precise, I am logged in using an Github account owner of that organization, and also logged into SonarCloud with this Github account

Hi,

Thanks for that confirmation. I’ve flagged this for the team.

Any news? We are still waiting to integrate sonar. Please help me to integrate.

Hi,

It looks like direct messages were sent to you 20 days ago and again 12 days ago. Can you respond to them?
