After upgrading to enterprise SonarCloud and enabling SSO, we’re unable to import our existing bound organization. While I can see the organization linked to the enterprise when logging in with GitHub, but can not find it when i login with SSO. What steps are missing to correctly link the existing organization?

Per the docs the organization needs to have an enterprise coupon, and you need to be an admin of both the enterprise and the organization. Are all these things true?

Yes, we have enterprise coupon that has been used to upgrade to enterprise license, and i am the admin of both the enterprise and org by using the same email. thank you.

but i have used that coupon to upgrade my license, do i need to apply it again to the org ?
and i can access to the org as part of the enterprise also

Sorry for the confusion, we currently have two ways to log in. 1. login with github 2. login with SSO. Both work.
When I login with github, I see my github org as part of enterprise, and I can view all projects and scan details. But when i login with SSO, i cannot see any organizations that link to the enterprise and i can’t import from a devops platform as well. It would be better if we could setup a call to resolve this issue. Thank you

Thanks for clarifying. You have two different user entities on SonarCloud. Your GitHub user is distinct from your SSO user and has different permissions. Your SSO user doesn’t appear to be a member of the organizations in your enterprise. You should have an org admin add you to the organizations.

Thank you for your quick response, so i need to add my SSO account to the organization (github) while using github user ? should i use login ID or email, my login ID is a long string, and my email address has been used by github user account.

Someone with Admin on the org is going to need to add you to the org. I doubt you can do it yourself since you can’t see the orgs (it needs to be done from within the org, I believe).
As you say, your email address has been used the GitHub account. You’ll need to use your SSO login.
