The problem to add the existing enterprise and org when we login with SSO

Hi Team, This is to request you to help us to add the existing enterprise to our users when they login with SSO.

Initially, we were login to SonarCloud using the SSO which was connected to BitBucket. Now we have enabled the SSO in SonarCloud, however it is not letting us to view the existing Organization and enterprise which used to work with BitBucket.

Let me know for any comments.

Hello @Muniraghunath.Kalivi,

Can you let me know if you have configured the groups attribute correctly? You can see the list of groups while testing the connection in the SAML self service page.

If you are receiving the groups attribute correctly, then it would make sense to see if you have configured the groups in the SonarQube Cloud organization with the same name.
