How to send notifications to an email alias

Hello Everyone,

According to the link: https://docs.sonarqube.org/display/SONAR/Notifications+-+Administration:

“notifications are being sent to the users who subscribe themselves”, is that true?

My use case is like “As an Admin, I would like to subscribe a team using their email alias”, is it possible?

Subscribing a team is easy whereas individual subscription is a tedious and maintenance work as team members may get changed.

Please suggest.

Hi,

Indeed, it’s not possible to use email alias, it should be up to everyone to choice to subscribe or not to a notification.
