How to access SonarQube from "outside" a server, meaning from a different device or network,

I don’t have local DNS server and we using cloud DNS (Godaddy.com).

Able to access sonarqube in the server using localhost:9000 and serverip:9000. But I need to make it available for other user in the network.

can someone please guide in this with steps.
