GitHub Organization membership not synced to SonarCloud

First question on here so please forgive.

  • ALM used (GitHub, Bitbucket Cloud, Azure DevOps)
    GitHub

  • Error observed (wrap logs/code around with triple quotes ``` for proper formatting)
    GitHub membership to an organization is not synced to SonarCloud. We have removed members from our GitHub organization but they are still listed as a member in SonarCloud.

Welcome to the community, and sorry for the delay with the answer.
Could you please check that Automatic sync with GitHub is enabled in your organization settings (Members tab->Configure or Configure Synchronization button)?

It’s enabled for all of our organizations.

We have reviewed the implementation of the synchronization, and we found that we don’t support the exclusion of suspended members. Is it possible that the GitHub members you still see in SonarCloud are not removed, but only suspended in GitHub? If so, at this point, a way to remove those users from SonarCloud would be to remove them from the GitHub organization.
