I have a user in my GitHub org that can log in to SonarCloud via GitHub auth, but once he does, SC tells him he is a member of no organizations. I’ve verified that his GitHub login and name look exactly right on his SonarCloud prfile page, and I verified his GitHub name is indeed a member of our GH org. Can I get some help fixing his ID up?

Yep, all the other org members show up fine. Would switching back and forth between roll-your-own and GH Member Sync force a re-sync? Or would I lose all my people that are already there?

Yes, this would force a re-sync!

No, it wouldn’t.
So just, could you please try to change your configured synchronization to manual, then back again to automatically sync with GitHub, and let us know if it fixed your issue?

That did it - flipping the switch back and forth added a single member, the very person who was missing before.
