- Our organisations just got acquired by another enterprise, after this migration, Github- Sonarcloud integrations seem to be breaking.
- Even though a team member is a github organisation owner and repo owner, still he is not an admin in the SonarCloud.
Due to this, we were not able to use the support page.
Before github migration, we verified that users had proper access in both GitHub and in SonarCloud, but after the migration, it’s broken.
So at the end, we could not find an admin member or connect support team, or setup SONAR_TOKEN in Circleci with proper access.
Is there any way to reach customer support faster, then going through community support ?

Our GitHub repository was part of the organisation. Later organisation got acquired by another organisation, so we migrated the current GitHub organisation under the new GitHub Enterprise.
After this, I lost admin access to the SonarCloud and could not create a new SONAR_TOKEN for Circleci CI.
My initial understanding was as Github and Sonarcloud are synced, I should have an admin access to SonarCloud as per the role in Github.
Later, I realised this was not true. SonarCloud uses Github for membership only, and admin access is managed separately on the platform. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Now, we could not figure out who the admin is (most likey lost the admin user in team restructuring), and how to transfer the admin to somebody else so it can be configured again with CircleCI.
Is there anything that we can do to unblock ourselves?
