Admin Access hasn't updated inline with Github

Our Admin user has now left the business - we have updated GitHub but this has not flowed down to SonarCloud - we have no else with Admin access, so we are stuck when it comes to making changes etc is there any help we can get to get this resolved as quickly as possible?
