Can’t add member to organization

Salud! I’m adding members to my organization. I’ve added one, but I can’t find the other. And on the bottom left there is a tooltip “internal server error”. I’m adding them by email, they both have a bitbucket account. Can you tell me how to fix this?

Can you confirm that the user has logged into SonarCloud and has an account there already? Also, could you try one more time? Our processing backlog has cleared.

I think the user has never logged into sonarcloud, that’s why I want to add him. Tried it again - doesn’t find anything.

The user will need to log in to create their SonarCloud entity before you can find them in SonarCloud. :smiley:
