Unable to Add a Team Member Logged in via Bitbucket to SonarCloud

We are experiencing an issue with adding a team member to our SonarCloud account. One of our team members has successfully logged into SonarCloud using their Bitbucket account. However, when I attempt to add this member through the “Add a member” feature, I am unable to find them in the member list.

We have confirmed that they have logged in using their Bitbucket credentials, but they still do not appear in the list for adding team members. Could you kindly advise if there are any steps we may have missed or any additional settings required?

When you search for the user, are you using their exact (and complete) e-mail address?

Yes, I have added many members before this

Later, I tested it and it worked.
