Azure DevOps + Unbound repos PR decoration incident

Hi all,

We are actively investigating an incident with PR decoration in Azure DevOps.

We became aware of this incident in the wake of a problem yesterday with reporting Quality Gate status across all DevOps platforms. We don’t have an ETA for a fix at this time.

Further updates will be posted in this thread.

The current incident is limited in scope to Azure DevOps. If you’re experiencing problems with other DevOps platforms, please create a new thread with all your details.

Hi,

We have isolated the problem and are working to deploy the fix. It should be live in the next 3 hours (by 8 p.m. CET / 1 p.m. EDT).

On the scanner side, the properties required to identify the analysis as a PR analysis stopped being passed to the server. This impacted mainly Azure users, but other analysis methods may have also been impacted.

Hi,

Repositories on other platforms that are unbound are also affected.

We are still on track for an 8p CET / 1p EDT fix.

The issue seems to be back since this morning. The fixed worked yesterday.

We have two projects using the SonarCloud quality gate in our PRs, and the quality gate status is not updated for the two projects.
