We’re using SonarQube Cloud. Some of the repositories are not being shown but when we try to import them, it shows Already Imported.
Repo System: Bitbucket Cloud
CI: Bitbucket Cloud
Those projects’ LOC are counting towards the Billing LOC. It shows more projects in the Billing section and we’re unable to access those.

Regarding your question, are you an admin on the Bitbucket side? Do you have permissions in Bitbucket to see all the projects? Are there any errors in your browser console?

Understood, I acted in desperation to find a solution. I apologise for that.
I am an Admin on Bitbucket Cloud side and I have permission to view all the projects.
This is the only error I get when trying to import an “Already Imported” project.
The issue is our Billing shows 15 projects but on my Organization > Projects I am now able to see only 9 projects.
At the time I generated this ticket I was able to see 7 Projects.

Hi,
I’m not sure where to go from here, so I’m going to flag this for more expert eyes.

Hi @adil , can you confirm that you are an administrator of the organization? If not, it might be that you’ve not been granted the ‘Browse’ permission for the projects you can’t see.

I am indeed an administrator of the account.
I was able to see the projects previously when we did not have groups setup.
As soon as created groups, we lost access to a few projects.
New finding:
I am getting access to 9 Projects, while another team member is able to access 13 projects.
Total of 15 projects are being billed for. Is there any reset for this?

Colin

Hey @adil .
Take a look at this post for help restoring access to projects.
Hey there.
In SonarCloud, you must be granted project-level permissions to view a project, regardless of your organization-level permissions.
What you’re describing sounds like what happens when the permission template that gets applied to these new projects doesn’t grant the project creator permissions on the project, either through a group the project creator belongs to or the special Creators option in the permission template setup.

I believe this is the issue - we were able to fix these when some of our team mates had access to those projects.
Thank you so much.

Great to hear. Meanwhile I am pushing for a better, less confusing experience. Wish me luck.
