Project shown as Already imported but not displaying in projects

Hi !

We are testing sonarcloud, on a “Team” plan.
I’ve added a first private repo from GH succesfully, but when i tried another one, it’s showing “Already imported”, with this message :

The requested project does not exist, or you have not been granted access.

Make sure the project has been analyzed successfully, hasn’t been deleted, and that you are authenticated to SonarQube Cloud with a user account with permission to view the project.

The repo is not showing in Organization project’s page.
I’ve checked the permissions, all seems fine.

I suspect a dev from our company tried and setup with another account, but when i’m asking for more information, he’s telling that it’s not showing on his “My projects” page as well.

Do you have any ideas on how to troubleshoot it ?

Hey there.

If your other user knows that the project key might be (I don’t recall if this is visible to you in the UI), they could try and delete the project via the API.

Hey there. In SonarCloud, you must be granted project-level permissions to view a project, regardless of your organization-level permissions. What you’re describing sounds like what happens when the permission template that gets applied to these new projects doesn’t grant the project creator permissions on the project, either through a group the project creator belongs to or the special Creators option in the permission template setup.
