but some of them have a grayed out checkbox next to them which probably means they already have been imported. But if I click on them I get the error message
“The requested project does not exist, or you have not been granted access.”
The project definitely exists and access is granted to all repositories. I think that the issue is that I previously created an account for the same organization and removed that account later. But somehow the data was not reset properly on your side. Unfortunately I did not find any way to refresh the list or projects or reset any of the projects.
I hope you can help me out because I really want to use the product but like this, I can’t.
The reason that I can access it would be due to my role in the Github organization of my company. I am Github admin with my private account in my company’s account.
Yes, I assumed that. I just wonder that there is no other way to contact the support, they don’t even seem to care if they will get a new customer or not.
I have sent you a private message to see if we can identify a resolution. Once we confirm the details we can see if it is possible to cleanup / reassign the projects.
I have passed @5stages the details for the process of reassigning the organization so that he can clear up the existing projects. This is an internal process which is triggered through a request on the contacts page.
Hallo Shane,
The issue seems to be resolved now. I was able to add the locked project to analyzation. Thank you so much for your support!
Have a great day,
Mark
