We are using SonarQube Cloud Enterprise, with 2 orgs one connected to Azure DevOps, the other connected to GitHub.
We renewed/moved to Enterprise in December for a year (SonarQube Cloud), shortly after we set up the GitHub org (SonarQube Cloud) in addition to our Azure DevOps org (SonarQube Cloud) and Sonar support did something to split out LoC count between the two orgs.
When they did this, I think they must have made a mistake and not made our “coupon” run till our annual renewal of December.
This results in errors in pipelines causing us disruption like:
##[error][ERROR] SonarQube Cloud: Error while executing task Publish: Task failed with status FAILED, Error message: The organization ‘bighand’ is not allowed to use private projects.
and on the portal it says:
“Your plan has been suspended because your coupon has expired. Analysis of all your private projects is suspended until you provide valid payment information.”
I contacted the Enterprise Account Manager and they said to post on this forum.
