We are using Github actions and we have sonar projects bind to our repositories. Each time we create or update PR the sonar scan is triggered automatically. It shows up as new check in PR check list. All was working fine but broke like 3 days ago with errors like.

We investigated and seems like our card payment was not going through. It was fixed yesterdays and billing was paid. We checked our billing history and invoices are paid and green.
However we still cannot scan our code because of this supposed organization suspension.
When using Sonar dashboard there is no info whatsoever about any suspension. Only way to see actual error is going to link provided by Sonar integration in Github
Yeah. Billing go through yesterday and there was a lot pull requests that should trigger scan but it was cancelled every time with same error about suspended org.
I can share org id if you tell me if this is safe and where to see it. Is it this XXX part in https://sonarcloud.io/organizations/XXX/projects ?
It should be safe to share it here, but some people are sensitive about it.
I’ve flagged this for the team. If you would like, you can wait to share it and they’ll create a private thread for that. I was trying to expedite by getting the information together ahead of time.
Thank you for your report. We’ve traced the issue to a problem affecting organizations that enter an “overdue” status. We’re actively looking into both immediate and long-term solutions to resolve this. We appreciate your patience and hope to have everything working for you again soon.
