The sonarscan CLI execution is completing successfully however my report shows: “The organization ‘XXX’ is not allowed to use private projects. Please contact the administrator of the organization to resolve this issue.”
I am the admin and have full rights at the organization and project levels - I am running the CLI command using a token from my account - it worked till the the billing issue - the account did have a credit card issue which got resolved a couple of days ago and the Teams plan is fully paid. Do I need to set up something now to get it to work again? its been two days since they payment was made and it continues to fail. Is there something in the Organization settings that needs to be configured that got turned off because of the billing failure?
Thank you for your report. We’ve traced the issue to a problem affecting organizations that enter an “overdue” status. We’re actively looking into both immediate and long-term solutions to resolve this. We appreciate your patience and hope to have everything working for you again soon.
My user is an admin of the organization, and the token being used in Sonar analyses and publications is causing an error when publishing private projects.
I also noticed that when trying to create a project, I don’t have permission to create new private projects.
