Enterprise Coupon Expired and not rolled back to existing plan

We’ve used am enterprise coupon to trial the Enterprise features, this has expired and the business will be deciding whether to go forward with the Enterprise plan. However this has put the existing organisation into a state where it will not do any scans as a message saying “Your plan has been suspended because your coupon has expired.Analysis of all your private projects is suspended until you provide valid payment information.”.
Before applying the coupon we had paid for a month which we are still within that period, can our organisation be reverted to it’s original plan while the case is made for the Enterprise plan?

Typically they are best equipped to handle billing questions like this (but sometimes wires get crossed and they redirect here, so I want to double-check)
