What is the difference between deacitive and the Details page`s active

  Hi,
  I am confused with difference between deacitive and the Details page`s active ,like this image for example:
  
  
  
  I this this rule is actived already, but I check its detail page, as the image ,
  
  
  
  the active button is also on the page .
  Does the rule is already actived in the project? Why in the list page ,it shows already active but in the detail page it is also exist the active button.
  I am a newbie in the sonar, any help will be appreciate ！

Hi,

When you look at the list of rules in the context of a profile then you get a quick-access button to remove the rule from the profile. When you’re in a rule detail, you’re offered the ability to Activate the rule in additional profiles.
