We are at 9.9.4 LTS version of sonarqube, there is one issue that we need to highlight is user access is getting lost once he refreshes the account currently we are using SAML authentication. Any help is appreciated.

It’s not clear to me what this means. Can you expand on how your user is refreshing his account?
Also, you might check your server logs for errors.
