SAML USER LOGIN AND LOGOUT they are losing the project access

Hi Team,

Currently am using Sonarqube 10.7. And integrated with Microsoft entra id for SAML Authentication. I am able to test it it’s working fine.

When SAML USER LOGIN AND LOGOUT they are losing the project access.

Can you suggest how can I achieve this?

Hi,

At guess,

  • the user has access to the project though group membership
  • you’re manually granting group access after login* you have group synchronization enabled
  • the user doesn’t have group membership in the IdP

Thus with each new re-synchronization, the user looses group membership and also access to the project.

You should either grant the user group membership in the IdP or individual access to the project.
