Update documentation on integration with GitLab CI/CD

Hi,

I was trying to set up a integration between SonarCloud and GitLab using GitLab CI/CD pipelines, when i noticed a problem.

Currently the documentation looks like this:

While the setup in GitLab looks like this:

The SonarCloud documentation does not mention the checkbox Protect variable, and since the checkbox is marked by default. This will cause problems when branches are not protected, and give a 403 error with a misinforming error message.

Hope you can add a short sentence about this in the documentation, and update the picture to help new users in the future.
