We are receiving an unauthorised message when logging in to SonarQube Cloud via Bitbucket. This is impacting everyone in our organisation, and we only use Bitbucket for authentication and authorisation to the SonarQube Organisation.

Bitbucket is changing its login functionality, and we just hit a brownout. This will resolve itself shortly.
And in the meantime, we’ve declared an incident for this and are actively working on the real fix.

We authenticate to Bitbucket via Auth0, and it looks like they missed the deprecation notice. We’re actively working on mitigations to work around this while we wait for Auth0 to catch up. In the meantime, there are more brownouts set for today on the same schedule as yesterday.
I’ll update here when I have more for you. Meanwhile, I can only apologize on behalf of us all.

Auth0 plans to deploy a fix on their end at ~19:00 UTC. From what I can tell, that will happen during a brownout, which is scheduled to start at 18:00 UTC.
