Hi Team,
I’m facing an issue while trying to create a service connection for SonarQube Cloud. Every time I enter the authentication token generated from my SonarQube Cloud account and try to verify the connection, it fails with the following messages.

When I select Region: US (https://sonarqube.us) → I get the error:
Failed to query service connection API: 'https://sonarqube.us/api/organizations/search?member=true'. Status Code: 'Unauthorized', Response from server: ''(Screenshot attached as Attachment 1)

When I select Region: Global (https://sonarqube.com) → it only shows:
Verification Failed
I’ve already:

Generated a fresh SonarQube Cloud token from My Account → Security → Generate Tokens

Verified that the token is active and has not expired

Tried both the US and Global region options multiple times
Despite this, the verification consistently fails and prevents me from creating the service connection.
Can you please confirm:

Whether there are any known issues with the SonarQube Cloud US endpoint (
https://sonarqube.us) for service connection setup? -
If there are specific token permissions or scopes required for this connection?

Any workaround or updated documentation for successfully integrating with SonarQube Cloud?
