Unable to access sonarQube with the public ip

I am unable to access my sonarQube page with public ip of ec2 instance .I have shutdown my ec2 instance and after that when I tried restarting the instance, the url of the sonarQube page is not showing up. Please provide solution

Hey there.

First think you should do is check the logs of your SonarQube installation to see if SonarQube is actually up and running. If so – then it sounds like an AWS isue.
