UI shows internal message keys

We are running Sonarqube Developer 9.9 (zip-based) and since a few versions we see at some (not all) places the message key/label instead of the proper text. (see screenshot)
Version upgrades did not fix that behavior.
Maybe something crashed in the DB?

This is caused by a 3rd-party plugin. I forget which one. Double-check your plugins and make sure you still actually need all of them.

thanks for looking into our issue - and fixing it immediately!
It was actually the CNES-Report plugin (which is indeed marked as incompatible).
