UI is showing i18n keys and not English text

• Upgraded from 9.7.1 to 9.9.0
• RedHat 8, Postgres

The Upgrade works and it’s running. However some places there are i18n keys are showing in the UI and not the actual English text. See the screenshot for an example.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

We’ve seen some 3rd-party plugins cause this. Can you uninstall your plugins and see if this is still replicable after restart?
