Sonarqube not loading properly

Hello We are using sonarqube 9.6 and its not working properly,

We are in to plan to upgrade it to 9.9 LTS but before that we need to resolve this. can you guide what is causing here.

Hey there.

SonarQube v9.6 is firmly EOL – and it looks like you only have one small project analyzed. If this issue persists on SonarQube v9.9 LTS, let us know.

Hello Colin,

We have upgraded SQ from 9.6 to 9.9 LTS and postgres 10 to 11 but no luck, its the same case as previous.

could you please guide what can be done here.
