Sonarqube 9.6 upgrade 9.9 issues disappear

Hi Ian,

Welcome to the community!

Is this still happening? SonarQube has progressive availablility: i.e. the app is up and available before all the Elasticsearch indices (which is what underlies the issues page) have been rebuilt.

So hopefully, by the time I’m answering you the problem has already solved itself. But if not, you’ll want to force reindexing by:

  • stop the server
  • delete $SONARQUBE-HOME/data/es8
  • restart the server

After rebuilding Elasticsearch, the issues was successfully found.
