Turn off SSO for SonarQube

Hello, we need to turn off SSO for the whole SonarQube instance, however, it looks like the SAML stays linked to a user once we disable the SSO (have not yet completely deleted the configuration to not loose access).

This means we can not reset/set passwords for the users so they can login via username/login. Also there is no forgot password option on the login screen of SonarQube.

Is there any way to remove the SAML link for all the users so we can set their password or add the forgot password option on the login screen so they can reset the password themselves?

When you switch authentication types, you need to explicitly migrate the users. This guide should help.
